ZC-3 tension sensor is an instrument used to measure the tension value of the coil during tension control.
This sensor is a special sensor for tension test. It is composed of constant tension automatic controller, magnetic powder brake and magnetic powder clutch to form a tension control system to realize tension control. It is widely used in the control systems of six-color gravure printing presses, slitters, and dry-rewinders.

The sensor adopts the resistance strain measurement principle, and the S-beam structure is used to ensure the test accuracy requirements and the ability to resist lateral swing is enhanced.

1) According to the installation requirements, the sensor is integrated with the shaft shoulder and the bearing seat roller. The center of the shoulder should correspond to the center point of the upper plate. When mounting the bearing on the upper plate of the sensor, pay attention that the thickness of the upper plate does not exceed the thickness of the upper plate after tightening the screws (13)
2) Electrical connection socket according to 1 power + 4 power ground 2 signal + 3 signal ground or red, blue, yellow, green.
3) During installation, do not drop hard objects such as pins into the gap between the indenter and the upper cover to avoid affecting the performance.
4) The parameters of each connection part of the sensor have been strictly tested after adjustment. Do not disassemble or change the original installation state at will.
Note: It is based on the ZC-3 sensor, which can increase the transmitter part, which can output 4-20mA; 0-5VDC; 0-10VDC; the signal wiring method is as shown above.
Installation attention points:
1: The screws for installing the tension detector and the bearing seat must not be too long. If it is too long, the reed of the tension detector cannot work normally and the tension cannot be detected.
2: When using the side for fixing, please pay attention that the fixing screw should not be too long, otherwise the measuring mechanism in the tension detector will be damaged.
3: The tension sensor must not be subjected to strong impact or vibration at any time, otherwise the tension detector will be damaged.
