ZC series through-shaft tension sensor is a special sensor for strip tension testing. It forms a tension control system with constant tension automatic controller, magnetic powder brake and magnetic powder clutch to achieve closed-loop tension control. This sensor adopts the strain gauge bridge test principle and uses high-precision structural design. It is especially suitable for use when the tension sensor needs to be extended out of the shaft. The tension sensor can accurately detect the force applied to the tension roller when the coil passes the tension roller, and outputs a voltage signal proportional to the force according to the magnitude of the force. The load bearing has directivity, and the direction of the red dot is the direction of the resultant force.

1) The sensor φB (-0.01, -0.03) is partially inserted into the wall plate, and the hole of 4-φ7 is press-fitted on the wall plate with M6 bolts.
2) Electrical connection: The socket is based on 1 power + 4 power ground; 2 signal + 3 signal ground.
3) During installation, do not drop hard objects such as pins into the gap between the cover plate and the bearing. When the sensor bearing is greased, it cannot flow into this gap, which will affect performance.
4) The sensor has undergone strict adjustment tests before leaving the factory, and cannot be disassembled and changed at will to change the original installation state. Sensors have a shelf life of one and a half years.
