ZH-1 Tension transmitter is used to detect the tension of the material in the winding system. The four-digit digital tube displays the percentage value of the real-time tension value and outputs a 0-10V current signal.
ZH-1 The tension transmitter can be connected with a resistance strain sensor or a semiconductor strain sensor.

Five, tension calibration
ZH-1 tension transmitter can input 2 channels of tension sensor signals, the maximum display value is 199.9.
1. Connect the tension sensor according to the terminal instructions. If only one tension sensor is used, leave the signal terminal of the other tension sensor floating.
2. Zero adjustment: Turn on the power, the tension sensor does not add weight (no load), adjust the zero potentiometer to make the display value 0; at this time, the output voltage signal is 0V.
3. When applying force to the tension sensor, the displayed value should increase. If a negative value appears, please adjust the signal line of the tension sensor and re-zero it.
4. Full-scale adjustment: Load the tension sensor at full load and adjust the full-scale potentiometer so that the display value is 100.0; at this time, the output voltage signal is 10V.
