Photoelectric correction installation example
★ Material winding
The photoelectric sensor or gas-sensitive probe is installed at the position that moves with the coiling platform, and is driven and corrected by the motor screw or hydraulic cylinder, so that the rolled material is not biased relative to the sensor or the probe, and the rolled coil is neat.
★ The material unwinding photoelectric sensor or gas sensor is fixed, and it is close to the position of the unloading platform. It is driven and corrected by the motor screw or hydraulic cylinder to make the rolled material unbiased walking relative to the sensor or probe.
★ Correct the material that travels a long distance in the middle. Before and after the middle processing operation, use this device to prevent the material from deviating from the normal traveling direction due to the long distance.
