TRADC data acquisition software is equipped with WLK program-controlled power supply, TR-3A torque and speed acquisition instrument, AM-A electrical parameter acquisition instrument, used to collect the torque, speed, power, efficiency and other parameters of DC servo motors. The software interface displays the relationship curve of any two parameters with time and the current test data to generate the torque characteristic curve of the motor. The software can export the test data into a Microsoft Excel file (* .xls) for reprocessing the collected data.

First, set the parameters of the system

In the (Color) menu option, enter the password 818, and then click Exit to set the instrument parameters

(1) In the "WLK Power" option, set the "Computer Communication Port" and "Program Control Power Address" of the program-controlled power supply. "Computer communication port" is the COM port (usually 1) between WLK series program-controlled power supply and the computer; "programmed power address" is "9", and this value must be the same as the communication address of WLK series program-controlled power supply.

(2) In the "TR-3A" option, set the "Computer Communication Port" and "TR-3A Address" of the TR-3A Torque and Speed Collector. "Computer communication port" is the COM port where the TR-3A torque speed collector is connected to the computer; the value of "TR-3A address" must be the same as the communication address of the TR-3A torque speed collector (generally set in 2-8) Either, but not the same as the number set for "AM-A Address").

All parameters in the “TR-3A Torque and Speed Collector” box are used to set the working parameters of the lower machine of the TR-3A Torque and Speed Collector. Just set the communication address value of the lower machine to the “TR-3A Address” ", You can send the working parameters to the TR-3A torque and speed collector through the" Send Parameters "button, complete the parameter settings corresponding to" F1 to F10 "in the TR-3A torque and speed collector, and set the parameters. Automatically stored in the memory of the TR-3A torque and speed collector.
Before starting the test, zero the torque sensor. Zero compensation method: Click the "torque zero compensation" button to complete the zero compensation of the torque sensor. This operation is the same as the zero compensation function on the TR-3A instrument.

(3) In the "AM-A" option, set the "Computer Communication Port" and AM-A address of the AM-A electrical parameter acquisition instrument, and the "Computer Communication Port" is the COM between the AM-A electrical parameter acquisition instrument and the computer The value of “Port, AM-A address” must be the same as the communication address of the AM-A electrical parameter acquisition instrument (generally set to any of 2-8, but not the same as the number set in “TR3A Address”)

All the parameters in the “AM-A electrical parameter acquisition instrument” box are used to set the working parameters of the lower computer of the AM-A electrical parameter acquisition instrument. Just set the communication address value of the lower computer to “AM-A address”. You can send the working parameters to the AM-A electrical parameter collector through the "Send Parameters" button, complete the setting of the corresponding parameters of the AM-A electrical parameter collector F1-F6, and automatically save the parameters in the AM-A electrical parameter collector. In the memory of the parameter collector

(4) In the "Y1" and "Y2" options, set the properties, full-scale value, upper limit, and lower limit of the two curves.

(5) In the "X" option, set "Sampling time", "X-axis sensitivity", and "Test time". The "test time" can only be changed after a new record is created. The "test time" and "sampling time" determine the number of data samples.

Loading

Load the motor under test by controlling the excitation current of the load (magnetic powder brake), with two methods of manual loading and automatic loading.

Manual loading: directly input the exciting current value.

Automatic loading: First set the relationship curve between "excitation current" and "time", the number of curve segments is 11. When sampling data, follow this curve to control the excitation current of the load (magnetic powder brake). In "automatic loading", as the exciting current rises, the torque and power will increase. The maximum torque and maximum power of the load can be set. When the output torque is greater than the "maximum torque" value or the output power is greater than the "maximum" "Power" value, the current no longer rises to prevent the load from being overloaded.

"Zero current output": used to make the control current return to zero immediately.

Data editing

In the Edit option, modify the invalid data. Modification method: Replace the current data with the previous or next set of data.

Data browsing

Data can only be viewed in the "Stop" state. Method: On the graph, click the left mouse button to display the current value immediately.

Five, file path

(1) The image of the relationship curve of each parameter with time is stored in the .. \ GETXL \ picture \ directory in the format of bmp file.

(2) In the "Export" option, export the test data to a Microsoft Excel file (* .xls) and save it in the .. \ GETXL \ xls \ directory.

(3) The test data is saved in the .. \ GETXL \ data \ directory.

(4) The relationship curve report of each parameter to time is saved in the .. \ GETXL \ T_report \ directory.
