Introduction to electric actuator test bench
This test bench is mainly used to measure the data changes of the output torque and output speed of the valve electric device. It has the advantages of linear relationship between the output torque and the exciting current, high measurement accuracy, fast response speed and compact structure.
1. Technical parameters
The maximum load torque is 5000NM, the response speed is 0.2 seconds, and the measurement accuracy is ± 0.5%.
System composition and function
This test bench uses two CZ-200 (2000NM) magnetic powder brakes as simulated loads for load testing. One 5000NM static torque sensor and one speed sensor are used as detection elements. The program-controlled power supply controls two magnetic powder brakes at the same time, and performs tests on loading, overloading, and stalling of the electric valve.
All the instruments are connected to the computer through the R485 bus, which realizes the automatic loading of electric valves and the centralized processing of data, real-time display of the relationship curve between various parameters and time, and recording the entire testing process.
