1. The maximum surface temperature of the flange type magnetic powder brake is 90 ° C. The higher the temperature, the faster the built-in magnetic powder will be consumed, so please use it within the allowable continuous differential power. Note that the cooling compressed air must pass through the air filter to ensure that it is oil-free, water-free and dry.
2. The surface temperature of the naturally cooled flange brake must not exceed 80 degrees Celsius. Forced cooling with a fan or blower. If the margin is large, the rotation speed is low, and the surface temperature is low, water may not flow.
3. After the water-cooled flanged magnetic powder brake is in operation, there should be no pressure at the water outlet (water pressure not greater than 1.5 / cm2). The rotor has a water-cooled magnetic powder brake, and there is a small drip hole on the inner end of the water outlet. If water is found, the water seal of the same model should be replaced in time, and it must not be blocked.
4. Note that, whether it is flange-type installation or stand-type installation, in principle, it must be installed and used on the horizontal line (horizontal axis), and it is not recommended to install under vertical, inclined and overall rotation.
